"Get Momentum" is the phrase the authors use in the coaching programs and workshops they present around the world. Chapter 4: Monitor - over a minimum of a week, maximum a month, notice how many times "needing to make that change" shows up. Chapter 5: Modify - choose ONE thing to change at a time; be very conscious and aware about that change (track the effort over a month or two).
